Seems to be a non-notable organisation, coverage is solely local and very limited, charity is now defunct so it's not like there's going to be any more. PROD removed because the edit summary didn't clearly suggest it was being prodded and "No longer existing organization there is an active charity organization in Kenya under this name and it is causing a lot of confusion" is not a valid reason for deletion).
